How to use ansys FEA package to simulation coupling in composite

Hi ya,
Does anyone know where i can get help in learning how to use Ansys FEA package to simulate elastic coupling in compsite?. I have this beam problem initially designed with metal but it being redesign with composite material and I am interested in looking at the coupling of the composite material.I was recommened ansys FEA package.
