How to upload a list of points into FEMAP?

Hi all,

I have a list of points in a spreadsheet that I'd like to upload to FEMAP without having to type them in one by one. There must be a quick way right?

the data format is: point ID, x, y, z,

there are file formats to import geometry, like .stp. Can you work with these formats (yes, as a text file) then change extension to .stp ?
