What are some approaches people have used to track revision history? We are using Intralink but only have the the Single-Site license which doesn't support Baselines.

My thought is to include a parameter for revision description so that it can be included parametrically in the revision block of the drawing.

Looking at the Checkin Form functionality I believe it could be used to describe major version changes. The checkin form of course contains the PIV information of the object checked in but is there any way to know if a particular oject has a checkin form associated with it?

Ideally the entire revision history for an object would be in one location and linked to or embedded in the object it describes. I can't think of any way to pull this off.
