How to start in the lisp routines??

Hi friends:
I've seen that the lisp routines are so usefull in Autocad, I used to use Land Development and Civil Survey, but despite of this programs have a lot of tools it could be friendly to handle lisp routines to improve my time, the thing is that I don't know how to start or when I have to include this routines,,,I'm looking for a web site, or if you can give me a quick introduction.
I'll really appreciate any help.
