How to size the outlet cross-section of an oil outlet coming from bearing lubrication in a lube re-circulatory system?

Hello I´m currently sizing the oil drain port for a bearing housing that has a lube re-circulatory system, I want to avoid the build up of oil inside the housing. I started using basic fluid flow equations to balance the inlet cross-section and pressures to the outlet ones.

However I would like to know if any of you know a methodology to adequately size the oil drain port in this cases of lubricating systems.

Thank you,
