How to Show annotations in sketches.

Looking for how to show the annotation (think that's the right definition) for after I sketch a part or feature and point the cursor over the sketch, sketch 1, sketch 2 or whatever, the block comes up with the text in it stated what part of the sketch it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
