how to rotate surface correctly?

Hi,

How can i correctly rotate surface in picture 10 degress correctly? (10 degrees rotation at all points)

Double-click on the surface to edit it, and change the Angle 1 and Angle 2 values adding 10° on one side and subtracting 10° on the other.
