How to remove Loctite620 3

Would like to know, other than heating, is there any chemical that can remove Loctite 620?

Locktite did make a remover.
Several other people also marketed a debonder. Look in Grainger's or McMaster-Carr's catalogue. Another good place to check is some of the larger bearing houses.

Many gun cleaners like for example Hoppes#9 will soften most Loctite compounds.
