I am going to study response of soil anchored wall under seismic loading (earthquake) with FLAC.
Main problem is how to model pretension load in static and dynamic stage of modelling. I have modeled each anchor in 2 length of grouted as supporting part and ungrouted as free length of anchor. I have applied below code in properties of cable:
struct cable begin node 106 end node 107 seg 4 pro 2 tension 7.30E+05
struct cable begin node 107 end node 108 seg 4 pro 3
struct prop 2 spacing 2 e 7.86e10 area 560e-6 kbond 1 sbond 1 yield 417200 density 2400
struct prop 3 spacing 2 e 7.86e10 area 560e-6 kbond 5.6e9 sbond 5.02e8 yield 417200 perimeter 83.87e-3 sfric 30 density 2400

However, in both static and dynamic stages, the result are unusual! You can find xdisplacement and ydisplacement history vs unbal forces in static analysis for a point in above of soil anchored wall
I have searched and studied a lot, some one suggested that use fish code for pretension load, but I coudnt find such fish and others suggest first use” sel node force” at the head of anchor in static analysis and then remove it at dynamic stage! Please guide me about the solution
