That 90° bent shape is not supported by the NX Sheet Metal module. The Sheet Metal module will only model parts that can be flattened. The only exceptions are 'stamped' features such as Louvers, Dimples, Drawn Cutouts, Beads, etc. However, all of the Tab and Flange features, including Lofted Flanges, nust be 'developable' (i.e. able to be flattened).

When I am trying to make the transition using swept command, it comes twisted! I moved the control points to untwist, but it is not exactly coming like u did!!
If you want as close to normal a transition as possible, you have to move the four 'points' on the circle until they represent the same 'percentages' as does the four 'corners' of the square, keeping in mind where the zero-precentage 'point' is located on both the square and the circle.
