How to match the mesh of new volume/area to existing mesh

Hi, I have a meshed model with nodes and elements and the geometry info for volume and area are lost. Now I need to add some volume and area to the existing model. Is there any way I can make the added volume and area aumomtically meshed based on the sharing area/line for the volume and area addition?
