How to make a fitted part?

Hi all,

Very new to Solidworks and am still learning my way around. I have a curved solid body that has a recess cut extruded into it, there are several through all cuts within this body. I am trying to create another part that will fit into this recess. Any ideas how I might achieve this?

Try to work with "Convert entities" to get sketches and do all the work with "multibodies". If you d not know what it is, Google it a bit, it's a great thing to use. I hope it helps.
