How to hide file path?

Hi,
I need help to hide the file path in the title bar and delete the file history in the file menu?
Any suggestions and help.

Goto OPTIONS > > Open and Save tab > > at the top right you'll see the File Open section where you can uncheck the box to Display full path in title, as well as change the Number of recently-used files to list. I hope this is what you need.

Hi,
Out of curiosity I asking, why are you trying to mess around in the registry? There are many ways to see as much information and have access to as many recently edited files, so better be careful with registry settings.
