How to have a dynamic load in abaqus?

hi

i have a DCB model that we just define the displacement in boundary 0.005 meter. it is the displacement that we want in real test.

in static mode the speed is not important.

now i want to have this model in dynamic mode. i mean that i want to have this displacement with the speed of 200 mm/min.

how can i have this configuration abaqus?

what do you prefer to have?dynamic,implicit or dynamic,explicit? or because the speed is not very much,you use static general?
