I am doing a buckling analysis of a tank with internal pressure. In the postprocess, I just found a buckling load factor in ADINA. Should I use some formulations to calculate out the value of the buckling pressure?

Assuming you are doing eigen value buckling analysis, i think the "buckling load factor" that you are mentioning is your critical pressure.

Buckling pressure = applied pressure x buckling load factor
