I imported an IGES feature and turned it into a solid using the #Applications #legacy menu. I made a cut which shows in the model but the original outline remains so that when you look at the drawing it's impossible to tell what's what. Any ideas on how to get rid of the outline of the imported feature or have it update to show the cut?

You can try to use QLT_HLR in the DISP MODE/VIEW DISP dialog. If the part is stiched together well, it should work. It is kind of hit-or-miss.

Maybe I don't understand, Have you try Layers.

Thanks
