Actually, it kind of depends on what you want to do. If everything will be the same scale in paperspace, then you can set your "ltscale" to whatever scale you are using (96 for 1/8" for example) then make sure your "psltscale" is set to "0" (for off). If you have multiple viewports at different scales, or you just don't want to figure out the "ltscale", you can set it to "1" and then set the "psltscale" to "1" (for on) and all of your lines will appear correctly in paperspace, no matter what scale they are at. They will all look the same. The only down side, when you go back to model space, they will not appear correctly.
