How to get FRF from a Ansys Model

I have modelled a deck in Ansys. I was able get the frequncies and mode shapes, but I want to get the frequency response functions for the deck. How do I do that?

More information is needed to give an appropriate answer. What's your input load look like, and in what form is it supplied? Is it transient? What are your boundary conditions? Do you have contact? Do you have any non-linearities in your model? How big is your model? Have you looked through the archives for FRF? Have you looked in the ANSYS help file? And so on...

To give you some background I am trying to compare the FRF's obtained experimentally and the FRF's obtained from the FE model and try to update the FE model.

Since the purpose is to update the model, I plan to use free-free boundary conditions for the test and the BC in FE model is also free-free. I don't believe there are any non linearities in the model.

Regarding archives, where are they? do u mean archives in this forum?? Also, I looked in the Ansys help file and didn't find anything on 'Frequency Response Functions'

What do you define as a frequency response function? If you can't find anything in the ANSYS help file, how do you know ANSYS is capable of calculating such a thing? Or perhaps, is there an equivalent name/methodology maybe that ANSYS uses? Incidentally, you can check the archives in this and other fora by carrying out a search (see above).
