Hi,
I'm a student currently doing a drawing assignment on planetary gear system using Pro-e 4. I learned from this forum on how to draw an involute curve using cartesian equation to draw both my planet and sun gear.

Can anybody teach me on the method to draw the tooth for the ring gear using Pro-e wildfire 4? I'm stuck because the tooth is located internally and I can't use the involute curve equation I learned previously

You can download a ProE example from here, Look into the
parameters and see how they put it together.

In the future, you may find some helpful free Pro/ENGINEER (and Creo) tutorials on LearningExchange. They cover a wide range of topics and tasks within the software.
