How to determine the hub height "h" of reverse flange in ASME VIII-2, Figure 4.16.7?

Hi Code experts,

The vendor has specified a hub slope of 1:2 for the reverse flange. I pointed out that the hub height "h" shown in Figure 4.16.7 (Reverse Flange) should comply with the requirements of Figure 4.16.2. However, the vendor responded that Figure 4.16.7 does not give the rule for the slope of the hub in Figure 4.16.7 and insists on maintaining the 1:2 hub slope for the reverse flange.

Is there any ASME VIII-2 interpretation or official guidance regarding the required hub slope for a reverse flange in Figure 4.16.7?
