HOW TO DESIGN A SHEAR WALL DESGIN USING EUROCODES 2 AND 8

Hello i have a question about shear wall design using etabs with eurocode 8 ans 2 if anyone have designed a shear wall before using etabs it would help me a lot
1- there is a condition in eurocode 8 to major the moment ny Hcr when i checked the design in etabs i saw the moment stayed the same
2- does he take in consideration the bars in the confinement area to check if the length of confinement area is enough
