how to deal with liquid crystal component in Zemax?

I try to use a twist nematic liquid crystal (LC) component in Zemax. Liquid crystals basically are inhomeogeneous birefrigent media with optial axis varing in directions. For twist nematic LC, the optical axis of the TN liquid crystal will rotate 90 degree along Z axis.

Can anybody help me how to do in this situation?
