Hello everyone my name is Angel and I´m new in Adams Car.

My question is: wich the best way to create a flexible body in a template through MNF.
I've created the chassis' MNF wich it was restricted in the joints between chassis and suspensions.

What happen with the joints between chassis and suspension?
Do we must create massless bodies in areas of joints where was created the RB2?

I hope that someone can help me!

Thanks

The joints between the body (or chassis) and the suspension are the same as the ones you used in your model with a rigid chassis. All that happens is the markers for the body side of the joints are moved onto the flex body.

Cheers

First I want to thank you for the answer.

I will explain more in detail, the template in wich I want to introduce a part flexible is composite for three bodies ( parts), chassis, body general ( structure) an Trim mass. I try to make flexible the chassis part through MNF, It was made in Patran MCS , where I performed a modal analysis and I restrict the body’s articulation’s zones like dampers, airsprings, etc..

The problem is when I make the assembly the flexible part not appear in its location established.

Thanks Greg!!
