How to create a CAD of triangular finger shape connection in ABAQUS?

Hello Does any one know how to create the CAD model of this figure? (

My problem is with the triangular finger shape!

The image is pretty blurry so it hard for me to tell what their exact shape is but is there a reason why you can't use an Shape->Cut->Extrude (if you want to model it in Abaqus CAE)? I am not sure you would be able to create a pattern of just one or model each one individually because I would normally model this in my CAD program and import it into CAE.
