How to convert to and from Mictostation

I need to convert a bunch of AutoCAD drawings to Microstation and from Mictostation to AutoCAD. Any ideas out there?

You can do this from within Microstation in J or V8. Use the import/export commands to open a .dwg or save as a .dwg. V8 does it better, but you do get a usable drawing from MS J.

mike8 - I was given some microstation files from an overseas customer but I only have autocad. Is there a conversion method out there? Does anyone have MS they could use to convert these files?
