How to config NX 7.5 to work with a Two Button Trackball?

Having an odd issue with NX 7.5 and a Logitech Trackball - in which NX 7.5 is treating the second button as if it was the third button. Anyway to config NX 7.5 for what buttons are to be what function, or do I have to hack around in Windows?
