How to change arrow size on individual dimensions?

Hello.
I'm new to the forum and also to Creo 3.0
How do I change the size of the arrows on individual dimensions?
I don't want to change them all via the drawing's dtl file.

you could make a symbol with a sizable arrow head and place them where you wanted and add a link note containing the dimension
