Hello,
Anyone knows how to calculate the tooth-profile factor YFa (A derivation of Lewis form factor) for gears?
I am using Bosch Automotive Handbook and I have a chart with the tooth-profile factor, which is a function of number of teeth and the addendum-modification coefficient.
In this handbook, they bring an equation, but It is highly complicate to calculate.
I appreciate the support.
