How to auto change measurement unit note in drawing template

Sir/Mam;

I need a help on How to make automatic update of the measurement note in the solidwork drawing template when changing Measurement unit.

They said that solution is to edit sheet and to manually edit the note . but is there any configuration on solid works that will make it easy?? I attached a picture of my problem.. hope you can help me..
