How to apply torque on ellipsetical tube

Having a hard time in applying torque on ellipsetical tube? I don't know using rigid regions is a correct choice or not. I Have been running this test through the below command for a week. Hope anyone can hepl me.

Sorry for forgetting to mention about the program i have use. I'm using ANSYS V11.
 
Better to post in the ANSYS forum.
 
Is it 3D or 2D Model.? I have used ABAQUS which used MPC constrain or coupling constrain and applied moment at the control point.
