how to add temperature as degree of freedom to special element types

hi to all
one of the best element to simulation with ALE ( arbitrary eulerian lagrangian)capability is solid 164. this element is available at ANSYS-LSDYNA. it has three DOF (ux,uy,uz). If we want to execute couple analysis (structural and thermal) like FSW ( friction stir welding) using this element,is it possible add temperature as DOF to the solid 164?
any comment would be appreciated
