Finish the part with one Unbend followed by a Bend back feature. Exxclude bend back feature in a simplified rep Flat. Create Combined reps (All) for both bended and flat state and check box for display tabs. Now you can easily toggle between flat and bended state. When you create a new view on the drawing you automatically gets the pop-up window asking you which combined state you want to use.
