We have a billeting building (similar to a hotel) that is getting a sizable addition, they want to add a separate FACP and have it trip the existing panel.
How Many Fire Alarm Control Panels can be installed in a single building?

If we have multiple panels they either have to report to a main one

And/ or they all need to be connected so some how all a/v's in the building sound when any panel trips
