how do you make the design table show up in the tree? 1

I am following a tutorial that says you must have the correct options settings to make the design table parameters and relations show up in the spec tree. But it makes no mention of what the options settings are. Help!

Tools / Options / Infrastructure / Part infrastructure :

Display / Relations = ON
