How do you find what BAT file is being called by Teamcenter 10.2 to Launch NX10.1.4

Does anyone know where to find what bat file is being called to Launch NX 10.1.4 from in teamcenter. It launch a different customer default and config. Standalone and teamcenter should be the same config and customer defaults in my Mind.

Look for %TC_ROOT%\portal\start_nxmanager.bat
