How do I translate a "flat" file from V4 1

Hello,

I need a little help with this one. How do I translate a file that came from Catia V4 with an extension "filename.flataix1"?
I have used the Batch Management to translate other V4 files before, but I am not sure about how to proceed with this one. Thanks in advance.
