How do I sweep a protrusion around the center of an oval

the shape that im trying to sweep around is like a complex oval

its not flat. I need to be able to sweep that shape to a center hight. Im assuming that that would require a variable section sweep but I,m not able to get it to work any help I can

get would be helpfull. thank you.

thats is the broblem it does not sweep from the longest side of the ellips to the center all the way around becouse ther is a conflict of geomitry when it gets to the small side

of the ellips.
