how do i model i force transducer

i am conducting impact tests on a plastic material
the plastic is on an anvil and a striker hits the material.
the actual bsi test house has the anvil on a force transduser that measures the force transferred to the anvil
how could i model the force transducer, its piezo electric crystal by the way
