How can I get Drawing Properties using VBA

In AutoCAD if you go to Files and then drawing Properties the Drawing Properties window pops up. If I select the Summanry tab it shows Title, Keywords, etc.

Can I get these to show up in a window when I'm browsing in Windows?
Can I read this information in VBA without opening the drawing.
How can I access this data using VBA?
