Hourglass Stiffness of Reduced Integration

Any one can give guidlines on assigning Hourglass Stiffness whose use is associated with using Reduced Integration elements. I completely do not know how to specify appropriate and convenient values for obtaining convergence without affecting accurecy.
The matter is limitedly explained in the Doc
