Hot water bypass system

Does anyone make a simple packaged pressure bypass system for hot water heating systems (bypass loop when all or most control valves are closed)?

application of bypass valve is the simplest system.

Mechanical bypass? Short answer yes as long as required bypass isn't too much. Check out Honeywell trade line catalog. If larger look at a differential control bypass valve (tc valve).
