Hi All,
I am designing horizontal lifeline system for piperacks. When calculating the clearance required with horizontal lifeline with 5' high posts, I don't have enough clearance underneath walking surface due to presence of pipes and structural members. I am planning of using cable with shock absorber on each side to reduce the anchor loads. The only way out of this problem is to go with overhead lifeline with rigid rail. Has anyone encountered similar issue before and if so what was the better solutions out of two options. Thanks..
