Hi, I have found the metric thrapezoidal thread in the hole command.
I have no information if they are compliant, that serious for me, to DIN-ISO 103-1
This information ( standard- iso, din. ansi what are the sources btw.) would be nice to all threads in the hole cmd -

sorry new in NX
regards
Erwin

The 'Threaded Hole' function only create symbolic or 'virtual' threads, that is there is no actual thread geometry. It's primarily so that you can append the proper specification for manufacturing purposes.

thank you John,
I have expected that I find trap thread taken from a Machinery Handbook, the source references to a standard iso...
appending on my own is ok, but I don't know the base - and the threaded hole xml is very mighty, where to pick the information needed?

sorry new in NX

I can't speak for the data used for the Threaded Hole feature but as for the legacy Thread feature, the data for the Trapezoidal Metric thread came from 'The Machinery's Handbook' (25th Edition, 1996) pp 1703.
