Does anyone have a suggestion on how to achieve the following:

I wish to make palette features of holes for use with dowel pins. The hole sizes need to have appropriate tolerances applied for the press fit. Once the part is made, and the drawing generated, I wish to use the “hole callout” annotation tool to display the hole diameter and tolerance (or limit dimensions). The attempts that I have made only show the nominal hole diameter. I am aware of the “insert model items / dimensions” functionality, but prefer to use the “hole callout” annotation tool. BTW: SW2004 sp1.0

I don't think it's possible yet to use Hole callout to show limit dimensions. You will have to use a regular dimension.

This came up with me in SW03 and in early SW04. There was no workaround other than using a dimension.

Put in an Enhancement request for this ability.
