Hole Series incomplete?

Where is the Dowel Hole Series? When creating Screw Holes, it’s a basic requirement to have Dowel Holes with them.

How could I create Hole Series starting from Screw Holes. Currently it allows only create starting from Screw Head.

Am I missing something?
