Anyone have a good estimate on the mileage a HMMWV puts on in a year when its in country?

hmmwv annual mileage?

In country or "In theater" (ie) Iraq, Afghanistan right now. Five years from now maybe Iran or where ever.
Depending on their usage, the low estimate could be under 1,000 annual miles (if they are part of a support system in which basically will not leave the base). On the high side, during Desert Strom, I know of a group of HMMWVs that were involved in a 65 mile round trip convoy daily for 3 months. I don't know if it did this for the entire year or not, but you may be able to estimate about 20,000 annual miles from this.
