Highway Bridge Connection Design and Bridge Rehabilitation

I am looking for material on topic either highway bridge connection or highway bridge rehabilitation. Does anyone knows good reference textbooks on either topic.

Bridge Engineering by Demetrios Tonias is a good book for new bridges. It's strictly you're basic read & butter type of highway bridge. Bridge Rehab is something of an art. The only book I recall was back in the early 80's by Park. I'm not sure if it's still published.

If you do a google search there are a lot of books and resources you can download.
