High pressure CO2 pipeline metal loss inspection 2

Any input as to who can perform a metal loss inspection in a CO2 pipeline with MAOP of 2960 Psi and 1.3% H2S >100 ppmv of water will be welcome
 
That depends on the line size and pigging facilities. There are many companies providing inspection services but have limitations on size.
 
With the amount of H2S you may have some HIC in the line pipe depending upon steel composition.

Companies like AEA Technology and OIS (Aberdeen) both in UK have Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) equipment that can be effectively used for your purpose.
