High point vent required at mdea solution pump discharge

Hi all

I have to check isometrics of CO2 removal section. during checking of aMDEA solution pump discharge line isometric , i found out a high point vent is provided. i little surprised to see the same .
can be apply this normal practice in aMDEA solution too.

please help me.
