high index plastic for injection moulding

I am looking for a high index material suitable for an injection moulded lens. > 1.6 would be ideal. if possible all other properties should be similar to acrylic i.e melt flow rates , abrasion resistance etc. I believe there are new high index plastics used in spectacles but don't know if they are available or cost prohibitive.
